Wraw Accreditation

The Wraw Academy is a centre of excellence offering clients and both independent consultants the opportunity to gain accreditation to deliver workplace resilience and wellbeing training and coaching interventions using the Wraw tool.

Our dedicated team of Wraw instructors are experts in this field and are available to share their knowledge and experience in our accreditation programmes. They provide insights into the Wraw reports, measurements and best practice responses to build and sustain organisational resilience and wellbeing.

Following accreditation, Wraw Practitioners will be able to conduct one-to-one feedback sessions with individuals, facilitate targeted work with teams and extend their capability to offer wellbeing consultancy to the whole organisation.

** For April and June 2020, our Accreditation Programme will be offered through our Virtual Classroom. For more information please contact team@wrawindex.com

Why accredit?

Wraw provides a holistic and comprehensive approach to supporting healthy high performance, allowing you to extend your existing training, coaching and consulting capabilities.

Our work environment is constantly evolving and leading organisations are looking at the proactive steps they can take to rise above the pressures and demands they face day-to-day in order to develop and maintain a competitive edge.

Wraw provides a valuable framework to support a two-pronged approach to building sustainable healthy high performance:

  • Educate and empower individuals and teams to take ownership of their own resilience and wellbeing.
  • Educate and enable managers and leaders to build a safe and supportive working environment.

Working as a Wraw Practitioner, you will join a professional community of experts, able to operate across all levels of an organisation to provide insight, clarity and informed action.

Wraw accreditation for organisations

We design and deliver tailored accreditation programmes for organisations who want to upskill existing internal resources.

Wraw Accreditation for in-house practitioners can provide a valuable addition to existing capabilities and is an ideal way to translate a wellbeing strategy into action while also optimising investment.

A dedicated programme is ideal for 4+ internal trainers. For requirements of less than 4, we recommend our ‘open’ accreditation programme, which is offered within our calendar of events.

Wraw accreditation for independent practitioners

For individual coaches, consultants and trainers, we offer ‘open’ accreditation programmes.  These provide a great networking opportunity to work with a like-minded group of individuals, all from different industries and backgrounds but with a common purpose, to support workplace wellbeing and resilience.

Wraw Accreditation provides a valuable extension of existing capabilities and is an ideal way to add to your existing portfolio of coaching and consulting tools.

Our accreditation programmes run regularly throughout the year, and more details can be found under our calendar of events.

Wraw accreditation for consultancies

There are two options available for consultancies to gain accreditation with us:

Consultancies looking to train 4+ coaches/trainers – we provide tailored in-house programmes drawing on their specific needs and client programmes.

Consultancies looking to train less than 4 coaches/trainers – attendance at our ‘open’ accreditation programmes.

To discuss which option might be the best fit for you, please get in touch.
